Dave Wallbank
David Wallbank joined PSA Design, as a Director, in June 2000. He had previously spent 12 years with the Babtie Group, based throughout the UK and overseas
He graduated from the University of Leeds in 1988 with a Bachelors Degree (with honours) in Civil Engineering. He is a Chartered Engineer, registered with the Engineering Council, and a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
David has wide experience as a project manager and team leader for various transportation and infrastructure projects within the UK and overseas, including multi-modal corridor studies, surface access strategies and other highway, airfield, site remediation, and development schemes.
