Margaret Eastham
Margaret joined PSA Design in October 2008 and is an architectural technician with more than 20 years experience.
She is able to offer all general architectural services with the additional back up of various engineering consultants within this practice. Through working at WHHLP she gained experience of major urban developments and more recently with CTP an expertise in barn conversions and more complicated planning issues associated with rural developments.
Margaret is used to liaising with clients directly from first point of contact at the initial enquiry stage through taking the client brief and producing the scheme design, obtaining planning and building regulations approvals, contract tenders, right through to supervision on site and certification of the completed development.
Recent projects that she has undertaken within PSA Design include domestic extensions, building conversions, housing developments, mixed use developments, through to purpose built sports facilities and commercial shops / offices developments.
