Paul Snape has gained a wealth of contractual experience over the past 15 years whilst working as a contractor, Resident Engineer, acting as Engineer, and working for a major Construction Contracts Consultant. He is familiar with all the main forms of contract and in particular the ICE and FIDIC forms of contract.
