Traffic Management
PSA Design staff have been involved in Traffic Management Schemes as Consultants to Liverpool City Council; including responsibility for the design and implementation of:
- Sections of the ‘Football Match Day Parking Scheme’ around the Liverpool & Everton Stadia.
- Areas of the extended ‘Outer Controlled Parking Zone’ around Liverpool City Centre.
These schemes involved extensive consultation with the public, elected members, emergency services and other statutory consultees, together with preparation of Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO’s), Committee Reports/Presentations and implementation documents.
