Building Structures

We have experience ranging from small domestic work, through to commercial and large industrial buildings.

This experience includes designs undertaken in concrete, steel, masonry and timber. We can provide a complete service from feasibility studies and ground investigations through to design and supervision of the works.

Commissions undertaken include the following:

• Structural design for new industrial units in Bamber Bridge for Conlon Construction.
• Structural design for new 3 storey flats in Preston, Lancashire.
• Structural design for new retail development, Broughton Lancashire.
• Structural design for Kingfisher Gym, Longridge.
• Numerous conversion assessments and structural design for barn conversions.
• Numerous commissions for alterations to domestic and commercial premises requiring structural amendment.

These surveys may be for maintenance purposed of the preparation of reports by prospective buyers / mortgage lenders.

We have extensive experience of preparing conversion assessment reports for agricultural buildings (barns etc) which are usually required as part of Planning Applications.
